This was the worst experience! Once the company was hired to do the job, things changed from nice and friendly to unprofessional and rude! Each time they came to either pack my things (took them 2 days because they were late and ran out of boxes) or drop of they were significantly late! Pick up was hours late and drop off was days late! They underbid us and then refused to honor the "binding" contract. They would not drop off my stuff until I paid them in full (the new price they came up with - which was almost double the original contract). I got the initial in-home estimate guy, Edward, to admit that he purposely under bid, however he was unwilling to do anything about it! I spoke to the owner of the company and he was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever spoke with. I can't believe he is in business. Even it the price is right, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Many of my things were damaged (including antique tables and many other items that they packed - totaling over $3000) and boxes came out looking like they were just thrown in the truck... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
