Awful moving experiences

I've had some really awful moving experiences over the years and was determined to NOT go through hell for this recent move... I researched at least a half-dozen companies in CA, Valet Movers was by far the easiest to work with: they have good prices, great employees and were prompt and courteous throughout the day. I had a lot of heavy ackward furniture, lived up 3 flights of narrow winding stairs and needed a few doors to be removed to get stuff out of the apartment. These guys were amazing - they quickly removed (and replaced) the doors and totally took charge of every aspect of the packing and unpacking of the truck... they're the best movers in the city hands down!!
