I called 2 weeks ago to schedule them to move us due to "excellent" reviews which I'm wondering now if they are falsified. The man I spoke to seemed hesitant to book us on April 1st because he said he was booked but then said he could do it. He asked for my current address but never asked where I was moving to (red flag number one). He told me they would give me 10 free moving boxes and 1 free wardrobe box(bonus! Yay!). I called for 2 weeks straight trying to get information as to how I could go about picking up the boxes seeing as I was not going to pack the day of. The number on the website and every where else is a cell phone number! The man never answered!!! I left multiple messages(no, I was not rude, I was still planning to use them up until today). No one ever returned my call. I called again today and the same man answered, seeing it is his cell phone numbe, and I informed him I would not be using his services. He did not seem one bit phased by it nor was he interested to hear my reasoning.
If you're moving, I'd recommend skipping this company!
