Given a phone quote (said it did not require a written). Quoted 185.25 w/Sr. Discount for 3 hours (moving to diff. apt. same complex) 1 truck & 2 movers, asked if there would be ANY other charges (fixed income). Man said NO. Referred a friend who was moving prior to me, she was told the same thing about price. When movers wrapper her stuff, and moved the first truckload they would not unload until she paid the fee, along with 175.00 for bubble wrap she was never told about. The 175.00 included the 2nd load too, so she paid for bubble wrap already used (did not have enough money)...and the 2nd load did not include half of her stuff because she could not afford to have it wrapped. I called asking if they were going to also hold my stuff hostage for bubble wrap, they said they would call me back. three days later.. hearing NOTHING, I hired another mover. Horrible Horrible Place!
