Some of the reviews I have heard about Western van lines weren't very good. They seemed to have an okay reputation in the market. So I was quite skeptical about hiring them. However, my sister had hired them before, and she strongly suggested to me in their favor. When they arrived at my doorstep in Portland, it was the exact time I asked them to come. I saw them taking inventory of all my things, wrapping them ever so carefully, and loading them one by one onto their very professional looking vans. They delivered all my goods to my new flat in Seattle, WA, with the inventory list, apologized for the three broken glasses, and left. I don't see why anyone would have an issue over three broken glasses! I suppose people are too hard to please these days. I was happy with the service they provided me.
