At White Glove everyone is so professional and just all around great people. I had used the big movers before like the Van Lines and Mayflower in the past and found that I was not too satisfied with their service. So I started researching other companies and found White Glove here and then on another review website.
I gave them a call and was greeted by a friendly voice that took down all my information and then transferred me to the moving consultant (I thought that was cute “moving consultant”) but that is truly what Maria was. I am a veteran mover and I am a bit set in my ways, but she was so sweet and had so much new information to share with me, like websites to check everyone out, that she walked me through right over the phone, that I started to pay attention and take notes. I felt like she was teaching me how to be a smart buyer. She gave me a guaranteed price and then sent me the information in an email. I loved how she put everything in writing that she promised over the phone. I had found out the hard way before that if it wasn’t written, it was being given. I reserved that very day. I didn’t want to be swayed by other movers that I felt weren’t being as honest as Maria.
I spoke with dispatch before the move who confirmed everything, it was such an easy process where the make sure everything is accurate and that nothing is left to chance.
The day of the move was as smooth as a move day could be and they were the reason for that. The movers are truly trained, great professionals. I had done moves in the past where the guys look like they had never packed a box in their life (looked more like they lived in one), so when I saw them wrapping my furniture with their quick decisive movements I knew I was looking at trained movers.
Delivery was just as smooth and hassle free. I had a few scratches on an old dresser and a chest, but I understand that it was a cross country move and that they were in fact used items.
I would absolutely recommend them and of course use them again and again.
