I Scheduled a move on 08/23/2010. This Company charged for packing $500 without informing me first . The lady who took the order is Janet is an Arrogant and Argue , dont let you to talk and try to dominent and hang up on me several times. Finally they delivered items after 15 days and found 4 boxes missing which has valuable collectible items, kitchen items, electonic items... and broken many items. Driver want the Post Office Cachier Check before he deliver the items, Otherwise he will not even open the truck door. You dont have any chance to check/count on your things..When i ask the driver who delivered he said he is not responsible for any items missing and whatever they loaded i delivered and asked to call the Company. When i called the company they dont want to take any risk of finding the missing items . Janet who dont even want to talk to me and transferred the call to The Owner SURAJ, who is dont have patience to talk , transferred to other person who handle the claims, other person said we can't do anything about it and you can claim with the third party company. I called the Claim and they asked to fill the form with the missing items and its been 4 months no response so far. When i called for followup with the claim company , they rrequested for inventory list and order form from WIN VAN LINES couple of times and they didnt send any paperwork so far and they fedup with the company and said you need to call them if you really want your claim. Then When i called WIN WAN LINES couple of times they dont responded and i left the msg 2 times still they didnt send any Required papers to the CLAIM COMPANY. I am very upset with this company and i lost my valuable things. NEVER EVER MOVE THIS COMPANY. VERY BAD SERVICE , VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE WORKING IN THE COMPANY . ONLY THEY TALK GOOD BEFORE TAKING THE ORDERS>
