I would never use this company again. My load was unloaded and loaded on a different truck in Memphis. My furniture was extensibly damaged (due to being unloaded and loaded again). I was forced to sue since their customer service was no help. I won a judgement which hey had vacated (since I was a "no show" in Delaware where the company is registered). No one is going to pay my claim for damges even though I followed ALL the instructions given to me in filing claims and submitting photos to back them. After 1 year, I have given up!
