First off what's up with that Dag person having 2 different posts for different moves????
This continues to be a headache 7 months later. Boxes were missing, items were broken, our hold house items were even used. Gross! We had boxes with huge rocks stuck in the sides of them. Wood headboard and entertainment systems (not ikea crap) that had holes drilled into them. When they picked up the items, they told us that they would be at our new house in CA (from NC) in 7 days, so we raced across the country and then they didn't show up for another week and half. When they finally did show they just dropped stuff in one room, when we were promised that they would unload into different rooms and put together furniture. There excuse, we don't know how to put the bed frame together. When I called to complain about damage, we were charged a $300 research charge?? WTF? We still have not been given any compensation for all of our damaged items. I had never experienced this much damage before and I had moved these items to and from Europe. This company does not care, they only want to rip you off. If you are thinking of using this company, do this instead....drop all of your items on the freeway and save yourself the $3K!
