My review would have been "excellent" instead of "good" if the delivery would have been as flawless as the initial process and pick up. However, I was most impressed with the customer service, how responsive they were throughout, how they resolved the delivery conflict and damages. Overall, Xpress Movers were prompt, kind, responsive, professional and efficient in their customer service.
