Horrible experience! They lost 23 boxes of our stuff and stole other things blaming it on the movers that delivered the stuff. HOWEVER, we were very clear that we didn't want a broker and they were supposed to move everything from start to finish. They all did the bait and switch and overcharged us a considerable amount. DO NOT USE this company - crooks!!!
