They are not honest, and didn't refund after I cancel the order

They always allured you with a low quote, and said they will give your free moving boxes send to you prior the move. However, I called many times, the guy promised day by day, but I have never seen their boxes until the day before my move date. I felt them dishonest, so I cancel the order. However, they charged me 100 bucks deposit, and never refunded to me. But when I placed the order, they said the deposit is refundable and it never said it won't be refunded in the contract. So, I fell lucky not letting them move for me, otherwise I will be lost more due to their dishonesty.
In short, I will never recommend this company to everyone.
