The movers were supposed to be there between 12p and 2p. They finally showed up at 6pm, after several calls to the office. We were not once called to be told that the movers would be late. The crew was not told that it would be a 2 apt move. They were not happy either. We were not told about the 10% gas fee. The movers worked quickly given the amount of work they had, but i would never recommend this company. They clearly overbooked and did not care that we had to move until midnight!
