We chose this company for our move after reading many positive reviews. Their moving agent have is an estimate price and a 2 day pick up window. They picked up on the first day and unfortunately our weight was MUCH more than the estimate which was bound to happen. I went off of another moving company weight estimate even though they said it was not a good idea. During the reservations process we were told that evyea weight would be .50 per pound and when they weighed it and found out that the other moving company underestimated my move by nearly 4500 lbs they said they would only do the extra weight @ .30 per lb which was not only fair but greatly appreciated. They were great to work with, very fair and did an excellent job. Word to the wise, as much of a pain in the butt it is, go over as many inventore lists as possible so you don't get burned
