We had a guaranteed rate and time for Saturday, October 6. However, the company called on Friday to reschedule. When I couldn't accommodate them (because my lease was ending), they said that they would send someone. On Saturday, I received a call from other movers who refused to come unless I give them $250 instead of the $165 that was guaranteed. I refused. I have not heard from the company since. Totally unreliable, and poor customer service. It's not worth the hassle. Pick someone else!
