My family chose this company to move us within Houston at the last minute, as our closing came through rather quick. We had a 5 bedroom home moving to a 6 bedroom home. I was unable to be present for the on-site estimate process with the salesman, but my wife met with him and felt confident that we should have a good experience with these people.
They sent 2 large trucks and 5 men on our moving day. These folks were very careful in covering all of the furniture and by my estimation seemed to have clear direction of what they were doing. Our home was loaded in 4 hours and the unload took no more than 3.
All said and done, it was a very restful experience not having to worry about any of this myself. The supervisor Warren was very friendly and personable and addressed all of our concerns appropriately. There was one bed that was put together completely wrong and missing hardware which I did not notice until after the movers had left. I called that night and the manager sent 2 men the next morning to fix it. They discovered the original hardware had been lost and went themselves to Home Depot and got the correct screws and came back to fix the bed. I was very impressed at the fact they were so willing to fix a mistake, even after they had collected their payment.
No noticeable damages and the final price was exactly what was quoted prior to our move. This company would be a good choice for your move and we plan on using them again some years from now should we be finding ourselves relocating again.
