What a mistake I made believing the positive reviews on this site. A-TOPS is horrible and they stole two prepaid cell phones I had, lied about me being able to leave clothing in the furniture and then charged me over $800 for packing materials that I was told I wouldn't need. The estimate for this job was $900 and then at midnight, when my whole house was in disarray and boxes that were clearly marked for specific rooms were not in them, they intimidated me for a TIP! They never even completed the job. I had to get family members to move my clothing into my bedroom (which they damaged my bed because they didn't know what they were doing. DON'T believe what the estimator tells you or anyone there. I've moved several times and this was by far my worst experience.
They damaged my bed, took long to do anything, took frequent breaks, had a truck that was too small and they required two trips. Then they didn't set everything up and now in addition to the cell phones they took, the top to my brand new prelit Christmas tree (which I believe was deliberate attack against a Christian symbol due to a conversation I had with the foreman) never made it here.
DO NOT-DO NOT-DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY. THEY WILL NOT MAKE GOOD ON ANYTHING.
