Worst experience ever. Scratched my floor, apologized, then said we were lying about the gouge from their dolly. No one answers the phone. Insisted on a cashiers check, then changed to insisting on a money order the day before my stuff finally got here. Rude staff who will hang up on you, scream at you, and laugh off their mistakes saying that "it's no big deal." Choose ANY OTHER COMPANY.
