I simply needed two movers to help remove heavy furniture and put the items on a truck. I spoke with the Office Manager, Eric, who ASSURED me that the total would be $160 - two guys, $80 an hour. That's it. I even confirmed with him, "are there any hidden charges? $160, that's it, right?" "YES MA'AM $160, that's it" he replied. The movers were an hour late, informed me that there was a three hour minimum. I call Eric and he pretended it wasn't him, told me the office was closed. The movers were there for less than two hours, and were paid $240. I called Eric this morning, asked him if he recalled our conversation, he denied it.
