This company is running a scam and it's important everyone knows about it. The foreman Mike charged me $900 to move. He had me sign the receipt, but when I called the office to question the steep price, they said they had a signed receipt charging me only $450. (My move was less than 2 miles away). The company has actually told me on the phone that Mike created fake surcharges and fees and has been known to do it!!
They told me they fired Mike, but then later said Mike was still working for them. They kept telling me they were going to fix it, but never did. I contacted the better business bureau and AAA Movers have been "very difficult to deal with" as stated by the BBB.
I will probably never see this money again. This company is dishonest and to top it all, they are sloppy, careless movers who broke my screen door during the move.
Beware of LANA, EUGENE, MIKE and this entire company. DO NOT USE AAA MOVERS!!!
