I contacted ABS for a move from Kentucky to Illinois. The cost was reasonable and they seemed decent...at first. For personal reasons I cancelled the move less than a week after I made the reservations. At that point I hadn't even sent in the credit card authorization form to be charged for the down payment, and was assured that everything would be taken care of and I wouldn't be charged. A week after I cancelled the move, my credit card was charged $210 for the down payment! I have been calling and emailing the company multiple times a week for the past month to be reimbursed that money and they continue to assure me that it has been taken care of, but no refund is showing up in my bank statement. This is a scam and I don't recommend using them.
