We booked 4 men and two trucks and they showed up 5 hours late with one truck and 3 men (one was an elderly man with sandals and dress pants who did very little) and even slept at the end when the last load was being unloaded! They wanted us to sign a new contract for a ridiculous rate or they would leave. We had no choice as we closed on our house and had to be out. Bait and switch. They broke several things, damaged furniture and then wanted additional cash at the end. We had to call the police as they were hijacking our stuff for cash payment. It was a total disaster and when I looked on the BBB afterwards found that they have and F rating for good reason. They have many unresolved complaints. These guys were deceptive from the start with unscrupulous selling practices adding an additional $310.00 to our bill for transporation fees that were never discussed. Warning! DO NOT USE! I am filing complaints with the Attorney General's office who already has complaints against them and the Federal DOT. RUN away from this one!
