I used ABS in early 2006 to move my household goods from my house in MD into their storage during an overseas assignment. During the assignment, I found out that ABS did not store the goods in an air conditioned warehouse like I paid for, but kept them in the back of one of their broken down trucks.
Additionally, when we came back, the movers broke a lot of our goods and they tried to hide it. Then they refused to pay for the damage even though we had paid extra insurance.
I recommend AGAINST using this firm, as they have zero honesty or integrity. They think of your good like their personal playthings.
