besides being late which i was very patient about i was overcharged. Customer service was very rude, hung up on me, the driver was equally rude, and i recieved call from an unknown person from the company who would not announce his name was asking me for my credit card info over the phone to overcharge me which they did because by then my possessions were held hostage. When i would try to get in touch with my original sales representative he would answer the phone and have another person call me back who did not speak english properly which made it hard to communicate with and when e female representative called me back she hung up in me and then another person would call me. I strongly do not recommend this company.
