very bad customer service

My experience with this company is a mixed bag. The pick up and delivery people were really nice. No problem with that part of the move. We had our things held unitl we closed on our home. This is where the problem is. The delivery was supposed to be December 2. This did not happen. I started calling and calling and calling. Problem: They don't call you back no matter how many times you call. They are not honest with you. I would rather hear about a delay than not hear anything at all. I was not upset I just wanted to know my things were not lost. We had to go out and buy the basics to be in our very empty house. I started emailing and emailing. The form for customer servcie says they will call withing 24 hours. They don't call. Now I am trying to get them to locate some things that did not make it here. Again not upset. If something was that important I would not have put it in the delivery. Again they are not calling back. Frustrating that they cannot be open. I will keep trying to get in touch with them. I must say if you are going to move and don't need storage they are fine. A little rough with the boxes but they are fine. If you need storage then don't use Accurate. They need to learn a lot about customer service. I did not want to bash a company but I wanted to vent a little. There was some damage but I think that is part of moving.
