My move was from Toronto, Ontario, Canada to Buffalo New York. I used Agility mainly because of their excellent reviews online. I called them and spoke with David, a bookings agent at Agility. He was so helpful, explained the entire process to me, and was upfront about billing. Quite frankly he was the nicest and most knowledgeable representative that I spoke with from all the companies I had called. I decided to book with them, they had sent an email confirming all costs, and the way that they did things. The overall move took 8 hours which was great considering it took 2 hour to cross the border. Bottom line I would use this company again, just wish they had offices here in America.
