Late and had nothing but problems

THey were very late and they hired someone else but did not tell us and the guy demanded am extra $800 in cash . we had to call the police to get our stuff. THen he said hed do it but at nearly 10 pm my brother and i had to help which because of this i ended up in the emergency room the next day because of the severe pain i was in. Austin said he would send a gift card for a resturant as if that really made all the difference but never recieved it. Plus because the guy had another stop he basically threw our stuff around the truck and broke several items imcluding dishes and a few knick knacks. If your thinking of goinf with this company. . . . dont they make you feel like they care but they only want your money. the other movers basically forced us to leave behind fur iture because they did not have a big enouhh truck. They even argued with me about a curio cabinet even though i said iy was sentimental they said i should just get a new one. I Am extremely unhappy and will never recommend this company to anyone. Dont believe all the reviews they are lies
