I called them last week and a feedback within 15 minutes. Their crew showed up right on time. They maintained absolutely positive attitudes and worked with smiles on their faces. This was so impressive to me that they are able to do this while doing such hard work. They were efficient, hardworking and polite. They loaded all the furniture on to the truck very carefully. They unloaded all of it and carried it up to the 3rd floor. They did a good job. No damages and no hidden fees the best part about them. A+ service from Agility van lines.
