I have used three different movers in the past 12 years and I have to say Agility van lines and its team are very professional and timely. When their foreman arrived, he told me the company charged when they arrive which was a surprise because most moving companies charge when they leave. The moving team first asked me what the plan is and then we laid out the groundwork. The foreman updated me along the way and I could tell I was in safe hands. I was even able to drop off my pets at my new place to come back and see them still working hard. When it was time to head to the new place they double checked location and even routed the time for their arrival. They even assured me they won’t waste my time and will try to arrive within the time shown on the GPS. They were very courteous throughout the whole process asking me if things are going well and if there were specific things I needed moved or placed. We were able to finish an hour before I originally planned and they even hooked up my entire appliance and made sure they were leveled.
