The movers showed up two hours after the end of the two hour window we were given because they were lost. They were lost for two hours, the whole time calling us to ask how to get there but we weren't able to tell them because our route does not accept trucks. Once they showed up they gave us a list of outrageous prices for packing supplies - $70 to pack a TV! We had to have them pack everything in blankets to avoid paying their prices. They were slow and rude. They did not know how to get anywhere in the city. When they arrived at our new house they backed the truck up over the sidewalk and damaged our landlords plants and trees. Then they asked us to pay before they even began unloading.
When we called to complain, the company told us they could not satisfy customers 100% of the time. Basically, they didn't care.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!
