What they wrapped/packed got crushed, broken, scratched, and chipped. What I packed did fine.

Nearly every piece of wooden furniture - that they wrapped and packed - was damaged in some way. The packers were friendly and the service was timely, but the handling of my furniture was terrible. We would never use this company again. We paid $13,500. Now we have to buy an entire new master room suite and set of living room end table.
