Nothing but a bad experience....From price that was promised (and almost doubled at the end) to non-professionalism and not returning phone calls or emails. I see a couple of positive reviews, mostly from people moving within state perhaps this company should stick to that kind of moving instead of trying to make money on out of state moving! At the very beginning representative Tara was very helpful (now I see that that was only to get us to hire them). However when it got to the point that I really needed to speak with her about delays with delivery she simply was not available or on the phone and will call me within 30 minutes this went on for 3 days, until today Tara hasn't returned any of these phone calls. Pick up - what a nightmare! We provided 3 days window as requested and dispatcher or driver were supposed to call us 24 hrs before the pick up, my husband and I both work full time jobs and had to take a day off for this. It was the 3rd day (last day for delivery) and still no call from anybody, we called dispatcher and were told that the driver will be there next day, no explanations or apology for the delay. So we wasted day off and had to take another day off for the following day. When the pick up team, led by Adelso showed up and we signed all the paperwork, we discretely handed Adelso a tip, just to show that we appreciate their help, he opened the envelope right there in front of us, count the money and made disappointed face as he expected more (total $170 tip on top of his pay, is that really that bad????). Before the pick up we called Tara and told her that most of our belongings are in small boxes and asked if she would recommend us to get larger boxes and pack everything into those, she said no. Her incorrect answer cost us additional $270 - as mover insisted on putting everything into large boxes, so we ended up paying extra for boxes, tapes and their labor of putting our small boxes into their big ones - please note it was me who packed small boxes into their big ones as I wanted to make sure that nothing will get lost or damaged, so I packed it in front of them, yet they charged me for hmmm, overlooking how I pack. Delivery - even bigger nightmare! I called Tara and also emailed her, once again provided 3 days window for delivery as they requested and specifically reminded her how much money we already lost by the pick up delay, and that we would really appreciate if the delivery could be done as scheduled and on time. She promised it will be taken care of. Another lie. It was middle of the 2nd day of out the 3 day window and we still didn't hear from anybody, I kept calling Tara and her colleagues kept telling me that she is on the phone and will get back to me in 30 minutes. We didn't hear from anybody, 2 days after our stuff was supposed to be delivered I received a call from driver that he just left and will deliver our stuff in 4 days! Once again, I called Tara to find out what cost this delay and didn't hear back from her or anybody else. My husband submitted complaint request to their customer care email address, after that Tara called back and without any explanations told him that he needs to speak with dispatcher if he has any questions or problems. We didn't hire the dispatcher or the moving company we hired All Inclusive Moving & Storage and Tara was supposed to be our representative why would we call dispatcher? I really don't have words and I do agree with all previous reviewers - these people are scam artists!
