Quoted price over the phone and told a preinspection wasn't needed. Packers showed up late. 3/4 of them started packing while the others walked around looking at stuff speaking in their foreign language which I found rude because they all spoke english too. After the walk thru the lead packer got on phone and came back to me to tell me they would have to charge me by cubic foot instead of weight, which basically doubled the quote. They put on phone with boss who gave me some lame excuse. I told them to get out and they wanted paid for the items they packed so I told them to unpack everything. They unwrapped furniture, but left boxes. I started unpacking boxes later and found the boxes contained more packing paper than household items, which equals more boxes and more cubic feet. I placed a hold on my credit card before they left. During my originalk search they said they weren't a member of the BBB because the BBB was corrupt. I think its the other way around.
