We hired All My Sons Moving in Omaha to move about ten furniture items and a refridgerator from our main house to our rental house, which is ten minutes away. The two movers themselves were young and polite and worked hard; however, they were sent with no tools to take off the refridgerator doors despite our notification ahead of that telling them that we had an oversized fridge. They wasted an hour trying to get the doors off the fridge (and we were billed for that time). Once they had loaded everything up they went to the delivery house but got lost due to their office giving them the wrong address. We had given the movers a hand written map and address and they still got it wrong. It took them over an hour to get to the destination despite only being ten minutes away. We also got billed for that hour. So, what should have been a billing of three hours turned out to be five hours. They debited our bank account for the full 5 hours. When we called their office to challenge the extra two hours we talked to Lyle but he said he would have to get back to us. He never did. We called a second time and got voicemail to which we left a message. We never got a response. It's been several weeks now with no response. This place is not honorable. I will never use them again and I will always be a bad reference for them. Going to report this on Angie's List and the BBB also.
