So here is the way it went. We started our move from a small 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom. My wife and I had already gotten all of the extra furniture sold, so honestly it was more like a one br to a one br. Everything started good, they arrive on time, and got everything packed up. This is where it got a little weird. I gave the driver directions to the new place and let them know my wife was there and that I was going to leave in just a few minutes that I had a few things to do before. So I go to the store and pick up a couple things, then go get gas, and head over to my new place to find them still not there. A phone call leads to..." they said they were in traffic". Well thats funny since I wasnt in traffic going the same way that I gave them directions to go. So they finally get there 45 minutes after I did, so probably an hour and 15 minutes after they left my new place and its only about 15 miles. They started moving everything in and then we paid for our hours, then he comes back in and says that he doesnt think they are going to finish in time and they needed to bill me for 2 more hours. So I paid that because he still has stuff in his truck and I didnt want to get into a dispute right there. So I call there office number and talk to someone and he said that he would credit me an hour, which never came, and subsiquent calls have resulted in nothing. If you dont mind getting suckered out of your money, then this company is right for you. Im not please with my experience at all and will never use this company again. Furthermore if anyone were to ask me about them, I will let them know how miserable an experience it was. 10 hours and nearly 1000 bucks to move a one br apartment, you have to be kidding me.
