2 different phone contacts:
1) excellent
2) professional
3) reported complaints to the company and toldthey would get back to me but they have not after 1 1/2 weeks
2 Movers:
1) they were an hour late
2) they disregard repeated instructions not to step on or throw items
3) superintendent of the building saw mishandling of furnature and boxes
4) used the residence elevator when told to only use padded elevator
5) broke ceiling lights in entrance way and shruged it off
