Long story short:
I scheduled an appointment to move 4 days in advance. On the day of the move the owner of the company told me the driver called in sick and they were going to be late. He said they wouldn't show up until around 1pm. 1 pm came and went, so did 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and etc etc.. They didn't show up that day at all. The owner himself kept telling me oh maybe an hour, maybe another 2 hours blah blah.. all BS. So I called back the next morning and they finally sent some guys. The workers themselves did a great job with the move and were cool however the idiots in the office made the whole experience less than satisfactory. I heard from the movers themselves they often "over-schedule" moves. Meaning they'll have a guy schedule to move in Tampa @ 1 pm, and then somebody schedule in Orlando @ 1:45. Knowing full well they won't make the 2nd time. Never using these guys again.
