Contacted them a week (Monday) before my move (the following Tuesday) and was quoted a good price of $1574. was assured that the driver would call in a few days to confirm never happened. On the day of the move, I called them and was given a time of 2-4pm arrival (never showed). Called them back and was told that the driver was delayed and he would be here in a couple of days. With the time frame I was working with a couple of days was not acceptable. At 8:30pm in the evening I was told someone would be here at 8am the next day (again never showed). I was very fed up and I just canceled my order and found another company that was able to be here the next day and came in cheaper. There lack of respect for my time, lack of compassion and willingness to satisfy the job has left a bad taste in my mouth! When I requested to speak with a supervisor, he was always in a meeting. Then I was told the guy that I had been dealing with was a supervisor but this was the same guy that was telling me the supervisor was in a meeting. Learn from mistake and do your homework and read the reviews. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
