Took Way Too long!!!

First of all - All my sons showed up 45 minutes late to move my 1 bedroom apartment. They were extremely slow taking 5 total hours. I only have 5 pieces of furniture and had about 10 -15 boxes. When the mover told me the final price he said my $100 depost would be deducted from the total. It wasn't and i received the full bill on my credit card. When called to discuss with the manger - he said i was billed correctly and he was sorry his guy told me incorrectly. I spent almost $658 to move a 1 bedroom apartment which should have cost around $400.
