All my sons movers suck!! They will not pay out an insurance claim unless they damage 420lbs of your goods with meets there .60 per lb $250 deductible. They were directly responsible for me paying just shy of $600 to diagnose and replace a washing machine that they destroyed moving me. They also scratched and punched the leather on my office chair as well as damaged a whiteboard as well as a few other small items. All my sons movers are horrible...do not use them. I dealt directly with the Richmond VA office.
