Chad at All My Sons Orlando sounded competent and confident on the phone, but the service was far from competent. Delivery was weeks after it was promised. Phone calls were not returned. What information we could get was inaccurate, and after the long wait we had only a few hours notice before the truck arrived. The furniture was not well packed and suffered damage, despite assurances from the movers that they had never scratched anything in their long careers. The movers worked slowly, did not use appropriate ramps for unloading or belts for carrying, did not cover the floors adequately, and complained the whole time. Do NOT use All My Sons...keep looking.
