I am incredibly disappointed to discover that their "fantastic" customer service is a sham. This was the only thing that led me to hire this company (your price is higher than others) and the one thing I have told others about. I will be more than happy to correct that misconception - customer service must be more than how you answer the phone. And I did notice that any and all phone calls checking on my satisfaction as the customer stopped as soon as the movers got started. Sad. I guess that as a company they have decided that creating a satisfied customer base is not in your business plan. As soon as the movers showed up they started telling me what was going to cost more money but how they would "take care of me" without telling the office - hint, hint....several reminders about tips - but then did not allow tips to be on the charge - everything had to be in cash. Would not unload the truck until I paid and amazingly the total hours ended up being how much they pre-charged me for. All of my boxes ended up in the garage because of the time they took and they said they had to get to a second job. I even had someone else helping. Boxes were crushed and, of course, items broken but they won't cover anything because they didn't pack the boxes. Yuck.
