Be sure and note exactly when the driver arrives and when the move is complete. I was charged more than I was quoted. They want your credit card to settle up before the move is completed and "estimate" how long it will take. I questioned his estimate and he said he was right. The workers had nothing on the truck to drink and it was very hot. Everything I had was packed except a few gatorades which I gave them. Then they stopped on the way to the new location and got something to drink which added extra time to the move. They damaged two items. When I reported this I was questioned by Customer Service and told that "these were their best crew and was I sure these items weren't already damaged". I ask for a refund because they overcharged me and finished 20 minutes earlier than they estimated. I asked for a credit for 30 minutes since they took extra time stopping to get drinks on the way but he only would give me credit for 15 minutes. It took almost 30 days to get this insignificant refund. I was told they would come out and repair the damaged items but instead they want to settle for a token amount. This was my second move with this company and the first one went good. This time it was not a good experience.
