just like my move wasn't worth their time, the supervisors words not my own. I had scheduled a one bedroom house move a month before my move date. They were scheduled to be there between 12pm and 5pm. They didn't show up till 530pm after I spent all afternoon on the phone with them. I was told by the supervisor that they were running late because their morning move was to an apartment on the fifth floor with no elevator. When the movers arrived I asked them about this and they said that move had occured a couple of weeks ago. What had held them up was that their morning move wanted them to assemble some furniture. At one point I had called the supervisor and he had said they were used to moving 4000 sqft homes not one bedroom apartments and that my move was more of a waste of time then the money would be worth. I was moving into a studio apartment 50 miles away so some of my stuff would be going to my new apartment and some would be going to storage. I had to call the storage company and get them to agree to let me in after normal hours because these guys showed up 30 minutes before the storage place closed and the storage place was near my new home. There was some confusion on what needed to go where which I expected. But when they were unloading my metal frame for my bed they got it wedged on the truck lift and had to damage it to get it off. I also had two kitchen tables, one whole table and three legs for the other ended up at my apartment. When I went later to find the leg it was not in my storage meaning it had gotten left in the truck and I never recieved a phone call about it so I can only assume that they found it and threw it away. When it came to the price I ended up paying they charged me for an extra hour than they actually worked and I overheard one of the movers say he would be keeping the extra money as a tip. I had never used a moving company before, and I will NEVER be using this moving company again, wish I would have found this site first :(
