Horrible-Beware of Moving Company

When booking move I made my concerns clear that I wanted an experienced moving team and I was assured they would provide trained professionals. Was quoted $800 based on my furniture. 1 hour into move they wanted to know if I would go get cigarettes -totally unprofessional. Then was told 1 of the 3 movers I requested was going to leave (therefore didn't really work until the sent another person 2 hours later). Told manager I was concerned because it was taking entirely to long. The new mover had to rearrange the entire truck because the others didn't know what they were doing. Sent a truck that was to small and had no loading ramps for doorways etc. making it even harder. Several hours later finally we leave, the truck breaks down after about 9 miles. They tell me it will have to be towed with all my furniture. Another 2 hours later a tow truck comes and jacks up the truck, I am sure damaging my furniture, to tow it to the new house. The tow truck can't carry passengers so they want me to carry the 3 movers in my fully pack car or there will be no one to get my furniture out of the truck which will take even longer. Finally about 11 or 12 hours later we get to new house. Another worker has to leave. Manger comes and tells me cost is going to be twice what I was quoted. Unbelievable! He finally comes down on cost still way over what it should be. They unload. Damage: *door jam in garage -chunk of wood missing and splintered *Brand new hard woods scratched in multiple places and chunks out of joining piece to kitchen *Ralph Lauren Sleigh Bed *Thomasville Earnest Hemingway dining table, they knew they scratched up the legs but turned the other way and placed chairs so I couldn't see until later *side by side refrigerator door -broke line so I can no longer use the water dispenser on front. Had to call a repair man and pay $100 to fix just so I could at least use the ice maker. New door would be $400. Terrible Company do not use!
