I called an hour after they were supposed to be here. They said they called yesterday to confirm (they never did) and I didn't answer so they cancelled it. When I called, the guy blamed it on me! He kept interrupting me, saying that they called, when they didn't. I asked him to stop interrupting so I could figure something out, that they had already been an inconvenience and he said I had been too! Then he hung up on me! Will absolutely never deal with again.
