I called All My Sons two weeks in advance to schedule a move in the Dallas area on a Saturday. The Thursday prior to the move I received a voice mail from them to confirm, asking me to return their call "if I wanted" and promising another call on Friday. No such call or voice mail ever came on Friday. Saturday morning I called to ask when to expect the truck. Whoops! Your move has been cancelled because you didn't call back. Luckily I was able to make a last minute appointment with another mover for the next day. If you ever contract with these clowns, be sure to bombard them with phone calls so they don't assume you're dead and send the truck somewhere else.
