I can not beleve this co. I was dumb enought to want to use a family co. and went with All my sons to move my mom and dad into a sr. living home. Everything could not have gone worse. I was told $125.00 an hour and packaging was extra. The 3 guys were great but that was the only thing good. When i got the bill i was charged $140.00 an hour, An extra $140.00 for travle time and another $100.00 for as ser. charge. So i called the office and was told to pay the bill and it was up to me to call Gabriel the next Day. Dominic has to be the most rude person i have ever delt with in custoner serv. Well Gabriel rudely informed me he had taped me saying i knew about all the charges and played it back for he and i to hear. Well as i said it was never told to me.I did get back some but not all the extra charges. The thing i am so upset about is that this was my elder mom and dads money. I have learned to look at reviews first.
