Wished I read these reviews first. The initial office contact was professional and helpful. When moving day arrived, it was a completely different story.
The office manager continually lied about the arrival time. The movers arrived 6 hours late and by that time I'd lost all my volunteer help.
The movers didn't have a clue! I had three movers who couldn't work independently. They moved slowly (imagine that - being paid by the hour) and would carry 1 box to the truck at a time. Eventually, sister and I staged the boxes so they could use the dolly (CLUE!). We put more labor in the move than they did.
Wrote of my experience to their web site - NO RESPONSE.
Apparently doesn't care.
DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!
