Destructive and a complete disaster

We should have become suspicious after they moved the 1st piece of furniture. They did not tape or use a pad and glass door fell off. Then it got worse. Dropped a night stand twice. Once at the origin and once at the destination. Cracked the front of the draw where it can not be fixed.
Damaged the dining room set on all 4 sides breaking the decorative mirror glass. Dropped on end of a dresser on a wooden threshold on the stair casing, damaging the threshold casing.
After moving and damaging the 1st 3 pieces of furniture they moved, I had them stop moving the furniture and only move boxes, and mattresses. Boxes were only to be put in the garage and mattresses/box springs to bedrooms. Yep they even damaged some of the box springs.
My neighbor and me ended up moving the rest of the furniture so we could salvage what we had left.
There response to my wife was, "Sorry, sometimes accidents happen". Really? With everything they touched?
And...just a little frosting on the cake, they drove over my neighbor's front lawn when leaving, putting about a 15' long, 10" trench in their front yard because they did not feel like backing up 3' to make the turn.
We are filing a claim but were told by some other people, don't count on getting anything.
